Vendors and billing agencies please mail invoices to the Finance Department via postal mail

as well as go through the service approval process before being submitted for payment.

Current dues in the amount of $175 are to be paid upon receipt of statement or no later than 

Oct 15th of the current fiscal year which ends on September 30. Check, money order or bank  

drafted checks are acceptable forms of payment.      

** Please allow 2-4 weeks for personal checks to be processed due to mail pick up, logging

payments to accounts, and bank deposits.**   

The new fiscal year dues invoices are due in October each year.
