Bills are mailed to homeowners each year by mid-September

No. Adams Run is a no-soliciting community due to deed restrictions.
➤ Are yard signs permitted?
Yard signs are generally not allowed.
Exception:
Small political signs are permitted under Kentucky law (KRS 381.800, 2023)
The HOA may regulate size, placement, and display duration
Home security signs are allowed also.
