I'm purchasing a home in Adams Run, what do I need to do?
You can view/download a copy of the CCR for your section and lot by clicking the
respective page link.
You will need to know your Lot # to determine which Section you’re purchasing in.
This is usually included with mortgage and closing paperwork or your deed.
When are the annual dues to be paid and what is the amount?
Property owners will receive a bill for the annual dues to be paid by Oct 15th.
The current amount to be paid is $175. If you don’t receive a bill, contact finance
Is parking on the street allowed in Adams Run?
Temporary street parking may be allowed as long as driveways or mailboxes are not blocked.
However, parking in the yard or grass verge between the sidewalk and street is PROHIBITED.
Is soliciting allowed in Adams Run Subdivision?
Adams Run is a deed-restricted community and NO SOLICITING is allowed.
Is there a contracted rate for garbage service?
Yes, Adams Run HOA is contracted with Republic Services for a discounted rate.

If the mailbox needs to be repaired or replaced, who do I contact?

Am I allowed to install a storage shed?
Storage sheds are allowed in certain sections. Refer to your CCR for guidelines.
All sheds must be approved in writing by the deeds committee by submitting a
property improvement form
Am I allowed to install a fence?
Fences are allowed in certain sections but require written approval from the deeds committee.

Am I allowed to install a swimming pool?
Only in-ground pools are allowed in Adams Run and requires written approval from the HOA.

Is there a "Leash Law" in Adams Run Subdivision?
Yes there is a leash law in Jefferson County when walking your pet.
Is it the homeowner's responsibility to repair the sidewalk by the street?
The streets and sidewalks are managed by the City and Public Works.

Are signs allowed in the yard?
Normally signs are not allowed in yards, with the exception of small political signs,
as per Kentucky Statue 381.800 passed in 2023, but the governing documents of the HOA may
include reasonable rules and regulations regarding the size, placement, and manner of display
of political yard signs.
