The HOA Board is made up of residents who volunteer their time to manage the Home Owners Association of the community. The HOA’s charter and primary duty is to preserve the value and desirability of the homes in our community.
This is accomplished in multiple ways:

Adams Run is contracted with a finance manager who is NOT a member of the board to
handle the finances of the association. Please contact via email or postal mail only.
Requests are necessary for HOA documentation.

HOA Committees:
The Board has 3 committees to work on issues throughout the year.
1. Grounds ~ Works with landscapers, maintenance of the common areas, grounds and fountains
2. Documents & Deeds ~ Approves property improvement requests and CC&R complaints and violations
3. Communications ~ Scheduling of HOA meetings, coordinating of yard sale and bulk item
pickup days

Election of New Board Members:
Election of new board members are held every year at the annual meeting in Oct.
Anyone interested in becoming a board member, please notify a board member.
Officers are elected by the board of directors.
