Board Members & Committees

Board Members

The HOA’s charter and primary duty is to preserve the value and desirability of the homes in our community.  


This is accomplished in multiple ways: 

  • Managing the financial and legal responsibilities of the Association 
  • Maintenance and repairs of the common areas 
  • Organize and manage community projects 
  • Enforcement of the Declaration of Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions 


Current Board Members:  

 

  • President - Jeff Carden
  • Vice President - Terry Campbell
  • Treasurer - Terry Burkhead
  • Secretary - Gail Yates 


Committee Chair Persons:


  • Communications Chairperson - communications.arhoa@gmail.com
  • Documents & Deeds Chairperson - deeds.adamsrun@gmail.com
  • Grounds Chairperson - grounds.adamsrun@gmail.com


HOA Committees:


  • Grounds - Works with landscapers, maintenance of the common areas, grounds, & fountains
  • Documents & Deeds - Approves property improvement requests and CC&R complaints & violations 
  • Communications - Scheduling of HOA meetings, coordinating of yard sale & bulk item pickup days    


Election of New Board Members:     


Election of new board members are held every year at the annual meeting in Oct.  

Anyone interested in becoming a board member, please notify the secretary.  

Officers are elected by the board of directors. 

The process is anyone wanting to be on the board will volunteer to become a Member @ Large

Nominations are held by the members @ large, the ballots are prepared according to nominations, 

the ballots are sent to all members @ large for positions  to be voted on for the 4 main officers and 

Committee Chair Seat. 

Anyone not being on a committee or main officer position will remain a member @ large.
